Toyla J Lagon, has been a silent contributor to business development in Saint Lucia since 2010. Throughout her career she has undertaken several passion-projects in organisation and business development - particularly in the field of creative economies. These are a mere supplement to her official career portfolio of project management for competitiveness development in the tourism sector and labor markets.
